Born and raised in Newtown, CT; retired from the U.S. Postal Service on January 3, 2000 as the Real Estate Manager in Atlanta, GA. As the manager, I was responsible for all real estate activities covering the Southeast Area (FL, GA, TN, MS, AL plus 14 southern counties in SC). During my retirement, I did some consulting work for the Postal Service developing Site Planning Reports on vacant land for USPS-owned facilities as well as counseling Postal Lessors with respect to lease negotiations, lease interpretation and site locations for new leased construction projects. However most of the time, I enjoyed golf and bowling.

My wife, Judith, and I have been married since 1970 and we live in Brookridge. We have two children and two grandchildren. From 2001 thru 2006, I was the President (3 yrs.) and Secretary (2 yrs.) of the Brookridge Homeowners Association. In June 2010, I was appointed to the Brookridge Homeowners Association Board Of Director's as the first Vice-President. In April 2011, elected to a new three year term on the Board Of Director's as their First Vice-President.

After serving four years in the U.S. Navy, I worked for the U.S. Postal Service for over 32 years, of which 25 years were involved in all phases of commercial real estate as it relates to the leasing, property management and site acquisition of properties used for post offices in over 18 states. For 15 years, I was a contracting officer with $5 million approval authority. During my last two years, I was a national trainer in the area of contracts and contracting. Hard work, honesty, integrity and trust are everyday values imbedded in my work ethic.
